About the Artist
Thank you for visiting my website, I appreciate you taking the time to look at my artwork.

Growing up in Brockton, Massachusetts it was during my high school years where I first experienced painting in a studio. I was instantly drawn to the light of the room and the echo of the space.  Finding an easel, setting up my brushes, palette, and building the canvas that would hold my creation felt like home to me.  I learned from this point on that the sanctuary of this space how become very important to me. No matter where life brought me, from cities to coastlines I always had a studio space where I could create.  Within my space, amongst the easel and brushes were objects, art books, artwork, and random things that only had meaning to me.  If these four walls could talk, they would tell a tale of trials and tribulations that any artists could relate to.

I am a self taught artist, I have focused on refining and developing my skills throughout the years.  I would consider myself a realist artist, therefore I render subject matter with detail and I enjoy the challenge it brings.  I admire artists such as Edward Hopper, Norman Rockwell and Winslow Homer, for their brushwork and palette color.

I prefer to not to limit myself creatively, so I work in various mediums from watercolor to acrylic.  I have always loved to draw, and have sketched some great ideas on envelopes and scrap pieces of paper.  I recently found a piece from my childhood that was my first exhibited work of art, thankfully I have gotten better with proportions.  Today I continue to paint, exhibit my work, create commission pieces for clients and challenge myself creatively.
